Semolina/ Rava/ Suji - It is important to dry roast these in a pan and store it in an airtight container, so as to use it for instant purpose.
Gram Flour/ Besan - Also must be roasted like Rava.
Jaggery/ Gur and Honey- I am very much health conscious so I do avoid lots of white sugar. So I keep lots of these things. You’ll mainly see me using all the time.
White/ Black sesame seeds and any kind of seeds - I use a lot of them too. In fact, I just put them in every dish.
White flour/ Maida - It is a complete no in my dishes.
